The Department of Hair and Beauty Applications was founded to educate the qualified workforce needed by the rapidly growing and professionalizing beauty sector, drawing strength from the applied education tradition of a well-established university. For us, this department is not merely a program. It is the expression of a determination to give a profession, transmitted for many years through the master-apprentice relationship, the academic foundation it deserves.
We believe that this field requires far more than manual skill. It is a multi-layered and dynamic field where a solid scientific foundation, refined aesthetic sensitivity, rigorous discipline in hygiene and occupational safety, and ethical responsibility come together. Our department educates its students within this integrity through its experienced academic staff, well-equipped ateliers designed to reflect real sector conditions, and living collaborations established with the sector.
Our aim is to prepare our students not only for the profession of today but for the profession of the future. We regard it as our priority to equip them with the competence to think analytically, to create, to manage, and to build their own brand.
