The Scientific and Advisory Board, which oversees the alignment of our department's curriculum with the needs of the sector, brings together distinguished academics and leading representatives of the sector on a common platform. The board functions as a continuous and structured bridge between the academic vision of the department and the field realities of the profession.
The board provides strategic advice to the department in four main areas. Foremost among these are updating the curriculum in line with technological developments and changing service standards in the sector, improving internship and workplace training opportunities in terms of quality and diversity, strengthening national and international sectoral collaborations, and increasing the employability of graduates. In this way, the education offered to our students is continuously tested and improved not only against academic criteria but also against the current expectations of the sector.
As our department is a young department that began its educational life in the 2025-2026 academic year, the process of forming the Scientific and Advisory Board is being carried out with great care. Discussions are ongoing with distinguished academics, sector leaders, and representatives of professional organizations for board membership.
