Our mission is to educate innovative professionals in the field of beauty and personal care who are equipped with scientific knowledge, have internalized the principles of hygiene and ethics, and possess a high level of practical competence. To this end, research strengthening the academic foundation of the field is produced, strong collaborations are established with professional organizations and the sector, and the knowledge generated is carried into education and practice, raising both the standard of the profession and the quality of the service received by society.

The aim is to strengthen the legitimacy of the field as an independent science and academic discipline, and for the department to become the reference program of this field in Türkiye through the knowledge it produces and the qualified professionals it educates.
