Students enrolled in the relevant undergraduate programs of another higher education institution may apply for horizontal transfer to the department within the framework of the horizontal transfer regulation in force. Transfers are evaluated according to the announced quotas and conditions, either as inter-institutional horizontal transfer based on grade point average or as transfer based on central placement score (supplementary article 1).
In the acceptance of applications, criteria such as the student's grade point average, the number of semesters completed, and the announced quota are taken as the basis. For students whose transfer is accepted, the adaptation procedures regarding previously taken courses are carried out by the department's adaptation committee.
